Dimming Wing Mirrors

Hello

I really can't remember whether the wing mirrors should automatically dim or not (like the interior rear view mirror does) if you specify the exterior mirror package/visibility package/etc, and I don't have access to the car manual at the moment... anyone have any ideas?

My old 1 series used to do this, so that suggests the MINI _could_ have this feature..

nope, the wing mirrors dont dim, they just defrost automatically when needed
