So, we are approaching that 10,000 mile marker, getting itchy feet, the aerokit is ordered, black 18 should be with me at the end of the week, just now ordering an 8ball whalen shift machine and im thinking about a graphic to finish this round of customisation!!!!

So do i go for...

A Big 8ball on the doors

Checkered quater panels (r53 cooper s checkmate style)

also does anyone know if its possible to retrofit piano black dash panels and what the dealer part number is??

oh colour is pepper white

Thanks In Advance!

I would go with JUST the 8-Ball on the doors, or JUST the checkered A panel. Both would be too busy IMO. Of the two I would strongly lean towards the 8-ball on the doors as I've never seen that before and think it's a terrificly original idea that carries the blossoming theme of your car nicely.

I would then consider a checkered U-shaped bonet decal... or checkered roof and stripes... or a single offset/wide checkered racing stripe to set ot off, too.

All in all, sounds like it's going to be one cool MINI!

Go for the eight ball. Imho both graphics at the same time would be overkill.

Look at RealOEM.com Online BMW Parts Catalog for part numbers of anything mini The dash panels either pull off or are held with screws. I would assume the door elipses are just clipped on.

Can you please take pictures once you've fitted the black R105's. Is your mini PW/B ?.

I have this spec on order

57 Plate R56 PW/B MCS JCW Tuning Kit, Black R105's custom polished black, JCW Carbon fibre, JCW Recaro leather seats, Forge boost tube, Miltek DP, Factory JCW airbox & inlet pipe. Alta Panel filter, NM Eng engine mount. JCW Rear ARB

thanks for the advice guys, gonna be a couple of weeks for the aero kit so i got some time to decide! Probably go for the 8 Ball though, Unfortunately the budget wasnt stretching to the r105s ( 4 minis near me are all wearing them, i think the local dealer likes them as when I went to order the kit there was another with them on) They are black multispoke 18" Inovit tarmac i think! It is indeed pepper white, il post some pictures in a week or so all being well!
