Hi All,

Given this thread started a fair while ago, can anyone who has cut the lower chrome surround comment on its condition after a few winters on an exposed part of the car?

I am interested to hear how well they survive and whether the chrome lifts off where the surround has been cut.

Hi all, about to get my clubman cooper, i have a cooper s bumper waiting to go on. I am wanting to order a grille from genuineminiparts that is for the cooper s, will this fit without and modification? Also if i got one withough the lower chrome surround, would the one currently on still fit when i put the cooper s bumper on? And will the upper chrome stip that is already on fit reguardless of what i do?
