| DIY plastic colour coding, arches, lips, etc... Hi everyone! Has anyone of you ever removed by yourself the whole black plastic around your mini? I would like to do it myself to bring it to the paintshop. I got a quotation for a solid work at 700 CHF (about 290£), but have to tear down the plastics myself... I'm searching for a sort of "notice" on how to do it, where to pull, where NOT to pull  , and so on...Have seen some for the arches and for the side skirts, but not really complete and didn't find anything for these parts I don't even know the name of in English... so here are the pics! Can anyone that did it help me out with it? Thank you very much for your help! valent  |

| I haven't done this myself yet but have heard from my friend at BMW that it is alot harder than the 1st Gen MINI. He said that most of them are clipped on so you will have to slide and pull them off i think, sort of like the old one on the front arches. Call you Bmw garage and ask, as they may help. Joe |
