JCW Front Grille Badge - MINI2

Is there meant to be a backing plate to the JCW Badge that fits on the JCW Aero Kit grille or will the two bolts/washers/nuts hold the badge in place securely?

where can you get the badges from if you dont have the tuning package? as i have ordered a JCW kit and want the badges to go with it....

My friend got his (RARE) Front Badge for £25 and his Rear Badge for £15! So think the person selling them for that exstortionate price is snapping them all up thn relisting them at a massive profit at £100

.

I think they're copies and not originals though. they are very good copies mind you, having seen one!!

Theres are deffinetly Copies as they are identicle to mine in everyway, the copies are smaller due to copyright law at 7cm/1cm. Mine and his are both 12cm/2cm. The sellers brother works at JCW and gets them from there. Doubt JCW stock copies. As long as you keep an eye out for them, you can get them at good prices.

Considering the Front badge can only be sold with the JCW tuning package that seems abit odd. As for the fback they are £60 from BMW Parts Dep. I have an account with BMW for my garage and still only get a slight discount from RRP on the back ones.

And I am sure you have to have a JCW Chassis Number.
