Probably illegal but normally the police will leave you alone unless they are stupidly bright or dazzling other road users. I knew you would like the Diamond vision bulbs. Not many paople even know they exist. Deffinetly have the HID look to them. Thats very odd also about the Nt for use in the EU as mine never said that. maybe they've recently become illegal for some reason. I never got flashed for no reason with mine in and they lite the road perfectly, to be honest not too far off my Xenons i have now.
Got to admit i do love the diamond vision bulbs still even if they are illegal!! My brother saw them and hes already ordered a pair to replace his Osram nightstars or whatever there called there beautiful!! Did you ever use LED's as your sidelights?? if so where did you get them from?? cheers for your help!
