2012 Mini Cooper...HID help!

Hi Guys,

New member here and have a quick question.

I have a 2012 Mini Cooper Classic Knightsbridge and planning to install HID because horrible Canadian winter is coming and is going to be very dark on the roads that I drive, and the stock lowbeam has very bad visibility due to the fact that it's just the drl.

My question is..will I need a relay? or relay cable? or relay harness? (are these 3 even the same?)
Never installed HID on a German car before, and heard of stories that they require "relay" else will flicker?

I'm looking at 6000K H13, and btw my year the headlight is not part of the bonnet if that helps

EDIT:

I took a look around and found this:
H13 Bi-Xenon HI-LO Beams Full HID Kit
from: hidkitxenonlights[dot]com
Free warranty and free shipping to USA/Canada....anybody have experience with this and its quality?

I contacted the CSR and a few things he points out
1. It already comes with relay harness (good!)
2. I will need an error/warning canceller for extra $10 (I agree with this, since a lot of German cars need this right?)
3. I will need the 55W kit since 35W is not recommended because stock car comes with a lot of 55W components.......??? (I don't quite understand this..on my IS250 it come stock 55W halogen and I have 35W HID no problem)

Also, it says MADE IN GERMANY...really? Or just marketing scam?
