i have problem in my r56 my light

i have mini cooper s r56 2007 and its used

when i start the car the light opens .. i don't know what the problem

but my car its very new and my use good

btw when i start the car the light opens already although i put it closed

but it start the light when i start the engine and close the light when i close the enigne

please give me advent
