Clear Bra film over bonnet stripes or visa versa?

Has anyone put a protective clear film(stongard, xpel,cleararmor etc.) with bonnet strips?
should the film go over the bonnet stripes, under the stripes or cut and but to the edge of the stripes(whick makes for a lot of cuts and more visible)

Hi--my clearbra was installed with cuts around the bonnet stripes. It's not noticeable at all, unless you are really up close. Also, if my stripes ever need to be replaced, it'll be much easier to do.

be sure it should go over the stripes or cut, don't even think to install under
