| BHP, chips and Rolling Roads - final answers? I'm going to Superchips in Buckingham next Tuesday and they're happy to do a few rolling road reports, this might be able to solve a few ' riddles' lurking around the site. Its now on its second ( standard turbo ) that is now nicely run in. The first one gave up the ghost after 10,000 miles. I'll do one sport button off, sport button on, throttle ' mashed' , throttle slowly taken to max, and then before and after the superchip, then I'll put on the intercooler air scooper and turbo manifold by pass pipe on. I'm accepting wagers on 230 HP. However I'm not taking any bets on the tiny turbo blowing its little brains out ( again) |

| What riddles? The R56 S has been well dynoed on NAM if not here. The sport button just adjusts the sensitivity of the throttle pedal. Do you have any info on the Superchip? If you haven't already take a look on NAM on what Alta has achieved with the R56, there mods are very similar to yours I think. |
