Hi ya

It depends on your budget jcw stuff can be quite exspensive depending on what you go for.
If you are going for origanal jcw parts our site sponsor chris@lloyds is a good guy to talk to he does some good deals and will know The products available.

A good intercooler is a must GRS are very good
Good exhaust and de cat manifold depending on what you go for you may need a remap.
Poeople like Alta, lohan, coastal racing, 1320 mini do some good products for the r56

Depending on how old your car is and If it under warrante jcw parts might be the best option. But will limit you power wise depending how far you want to go in the search of power

If thats all you want get a JCW or a cooper s sith the JCW engine upgrade. They are 200bhp+. if you are going to use it every day i would suggest going for the r56, as it is more fuel efficient. I have an r53 and it does 23mpg around town and 34mpg max on a run.

Wow that seems quite expensive, mine last year was only £1000. Who was your quote from? Have you added your parents? They should bring the premium down if they dont have any convictions. Try admiral. Iv always had my insuance off them ad the have been cheap.
