MCS with hybrid turbo

I have a stock MCS auto 2009. The turbo just baked and seized. Im going to remove the CAT (part of the cause) and have the turbo rebuilt.
If I go with the hybrid k3/k4 turbo do you guys think I will be in danger of damaging the car if I leave the car bone stock with the exception of the CAT delete.

Also without a tune or an intercooler upgrade will I still see an increase in performance?

Bottom line can I upgrade the turbo and run the car without a tune and any further modifications reliably and safely.

Same problem, any resolve yet? What tunable or pre tuned mapped ecus have you found for a turbo upgrade and what turbo have you found to be a good upgrade?

Blew a turbo figuring on getting a bigger one rather than spending all that money for a stocker.. Lets put our heads together..

I've seen the ATP GT28rs kit but no tuning and its 2-4 weeks out...

Also saw OEtuning / Eurotek tuning, any thoughts on their software?

Thanks man, hope we can help each other out...
