Quick question - I fitted a Hel branded turbo oil feed line to my 2007 R56 MCS (as we cannot get the Detroit Tuned version in the UK). The banjo fitting was a fraction thinner that the original line that came off the engine. I fitted it with new banjo bolts, but I am wondering whether I should have used a slightly shorter bolt to compensate for the thinner fitting?
The train of thought has come because the motor seems to be running hotter than I remember. The coolant has been thoroughly bled, so I'm not sure if this would be the problem. Worried that the turbo is not being fed/cooled properly.
Any thoughts/experiences?
