New MkII Turbo MCS?

Hey just wondering if any one has heard about the MkII MCS that will have a turbocharged engine, rather than the supercharged engine? I read in a british car mag that this will be the new model. Just wondering if anyone has some concrete info as to launch date and power/torque output, 0-100 km/h times, etc?

If you go back to the main page in the forum there is a whole section on future variants. including info about the new 07 models. there are even some photos of what the interier is going to look like maybe.

Thanks Nick, that was very helpful. Lots of garbage there, like huge paragraphs on opinions. I got a couple of figures, like 3 kW of power more ( 4bhp). But not much else. Thanks anyway Nick.

Future variants is the best place to keep an eye on as well as the MINI2 News feed.

Unfortunately it's unlikely that anything will be known until the launch of the new model next year.
