Best bang-for-buck JCW accessory?

What do you think is the best bang-for-buck accessory from the JCW accessories list? I've discounted the JCW sports seats due to their very high cost. I'm looking for the one accessory that makes the biggest difference to the JCW in your opinion and is the best value in your opinion.

If you've an S, then I would say the tuning kit (if you consider that an 'accessory' of course) .

Are you thinking interior, exterior, suspension, strutbrace? Because maybe you should post your question in the correct forum since this one is for tuning rather than accessories

The suspension kit will make the most difference to the car. It's not too bad value if you want better suspension without going to the aftermarket and get it fitted away from the dealership to save on labour.

Apart from that the gear knob is very nice, shame it only comes in carbon though I think. It's much more comfortable to use than the stock knob. I have it with no other carbon interior parts and it looks ok, it doesn't stick out or anything. I could some people wanted a whole carbon interior though...

Personally I'd wait till I got the car to find out what I didn't like that may need changing.

Without a doubt the JCW aero kit - it makes the biggest visual difference to the car by far!

Yeah, I'm waiting until I get the car, although I'll probably order a carbon diffuser very soon after taking delivery - it looks awesome with the JCW exhaust (and with MCS exhaust too). I can't say I've driven a car with the JCW suspension so not sure how it feels (I personally wouldn't want/need it any harder than sports sus).

Interior-wise maybe think about what'll make the most difference - you'd touch the steering wheel most, then the gear knob, then the handbrake handle, so if any of them bother you I'd suggest changing those b'cos you'll get use of them all the time.

Hmm...the JCW steering wheel and strut brace seem like a good investment for making a real-world difference and in use 100% of the time. The VAT saving should cover both!

How much labour would I be looking at for having both fitted? I would want the dealer to fit it to retain the warranty.

Trust me, the rear ARB will make a difference, the strut brace will not...........it's pure bling

You can fit these yourself, and it does not effect warranty at all..............and it really is an easy 20min job. The fitting of the ARB is far trickier though so best with the dealer ( £100 )

The JCW strut brace can be fitted in 5 mins by yourself. Remove 6 nuts, fit / adjust strut, re tighten 6 nuts.....that easy

Is the ARB an option for the factory JCW? I must admit I haven't seen it available as an option in anything i've read so far. I would have thought that it would be standard kit on a factory JCW?

It's quite ironic that we order a MINI John Cooper Works built in the factory and then have to add JCW options to it!
