Exclamation Please make sure you fill out your MINI Profile correctly

As the new FAQ on JCW Tuning Kits and Models points out, your profile should specify one of the following:
  1. MINI Cooper S + John Cooper Works Engine Tuning Kit
  2. MINI John Cooper Works
A MINI Cooper S with the 192 bhp JCW Tuning Kit is NOT a MINI John Cooper Works.

The MINI John Cooper Works does NOT have a JCW Engine Tuning Kit, it has a MINI Challenge Engine.

To ensure that owners are filling out their MINI Profiles correctly an edit will be added to the MINI Profile Validation task, which "defaults" the MINI Model to MINI Cooper S or MINI Cooper S Clubman when John Cooper Works is specified for MINI Engine Tuning Kit.

Please make sure your fill out your MINI Profile correctly.

Thanks

No such think as a Mini Cooper Works!

Should be MINI John Cooper Works.

Here in the UK many use the disctinction of Factory Works and Cooper S Works

Point taken ... MINI Model entry selections changed to include "John"

MINI2 is an international site. The FAQ referenced above and the MINI Profile Validation edit are to ensure we're all on the same page in identifying MINIs.
