need direction on (winter) wheels to fit my jcw

hi. i need help.
was going to buy from tirerack (mini > 2009 > cooper s jcw > winter > preferred package)

.. but hearing ppl having difficulties with fit i'm worried as i'll be ordering from canada and a return would be problematic.

any one have any insight?

wheels: sport edition f7 (chinese)
Size: 17x7.5 (4)
Offset: 40mm Backspacing: 5.83" Bolt Pattern: 4-100
Weight: 22.0lbs.

I would think Tire Rack test fits wheels before recommending them.
