Lightbulb Interior lights

Hello all. I want to change the interior lights in my JCW to LED's rather than the incandescent ones it has currently.
Firstly I cant figure out how to get the coverings off, and secondly, can anyone tell me what bulbs are required for the all the ones on the roof, and the ones in the footwell?
I've replaced the courtesy ones in the doors and boot with no problems. I'm just terrified of breaking the plastic by forcing it off.
I've googled it but the only LED replacements must be for an earlier model without the switches in the back.
Any help appreciated.

Can anyone move this to the interior thread? I didn't mean to post it here.... :S

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

I've seen that site before, and it looks good, but the pics for the lights are different to the one's in my car. And I still cant get the covers off as I am dull!

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

The lens for the front light slide off horizontally sideways away from the centre of the car.
To remove the centre light you use a plastic pry tool and just gently lever the assembly away from the ceiling.

Well I managed to get them all off, so thank you very much. Just need to wait to get the correct bulbs now.
