England Want to replace interior switches

Hi

Just bought a R56 JCW exterior was just what I wanted but interior was not as I would spec it.

Main thing to start with is all the switch panels are silver/ grey and I would love to replace them all with black.

So question is are all the centre switches, cd slots, etc replaceable by someone with basic skills

And where could I pick them up from tried googling etc nothing, eBay 1 set of switches fir a r53.

Am I looking at a breakers only.

Thanks.

Switch sets are available but not sure about the CD slot, that may be prohibitively expensive as I guess it's a full unit.
Have you contacted Chris @ LloydMINI? I think they are still a sponsor on here. If he can't get them for you then nobody can, so it's breakers next.

The latest JCW such as mine has all the switch, cd slots etc in black and does look better, in my opinion, than the silver, as it was a bright rather plastiky type silver.
So you can get the parts and they should fit, but I bet it wont be too cheap a job to do.
Get them new from BMW or bmmini parts, OEM mini parts etc.

I suppose you could remove what you have and get them painted black or spray them yourself as a cheaper alternative??
