Hello all, after reading in another thread about ITG filters increasing the pop's and crackles of the JCW I set out to get one. However I can't find one on Google. They all seem to be for Cooper S JCW or the JCW factory airbox. I have no idea how different these are to mine, so a link to where they sell these, or advice on what would fit would be much appreciated.

Fitted mine yesterday. Very easy to do. Obviously early days but no increase in pops (any at all would be nice). Our car is slightly newer but very similar to yours. I would be interested to see what you think.
Brilliant. Have you noticed any difference at all yet then? Just ordered mine. My pops tend to come when in second, dump the throttle, then just as the car starts to pick up, take your foot off. Can't really explain better than that.

No difference at all.
I wasn't giving it some because my wife was along side me. We've had our car for 6 months now and it is an event when it does decide to pop!
It has been reported that a software update can/does remove the pops and bangs. My car may have had such an update. I will know better when I've put a few more miles down on full throttle.
Air filter arrived today, and just fitted in the pouring rain. Not noticed any difference from a quick round the block. Oh well, at least it's an improvement for the engine.
Also my mini aerial came. Not too sure about it yet.
