No hot air in my JCW

Hi sorry if this is the wrong forum, or if there a better one to ask this? my 08 JCWs heaters have stopped blowing hot air?
Not hot air either if I turn the aircon on heat.
I don't know if the heaters different to a normal mini? Any ideas on part and price to get it sorted before I get talked into more or over priced work at my local dealer?

Do after abit of the searching in the forum, checked the coolant tank and it was empty, however when I took the cap off air rushed out and it filled back up to the normal level! All ok now so maybe just trapped air? Hot air again, will keep an eye on it.
