New JCW owner question..

Hi,

I wonder if anyone could help me on this one. I'm buying a 2010 Mini JCW and have done a VIN check to confirm if it is genuine factory JCW. The result (as below) does confirm JCW but under model described as 'Coop.S JCW'. Now does this mean it is a factory Works or does it mean it is a Cooper S with the works kit?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Regards
Tom.

The early Cooper S JCWs were in fact JCW ed "S"s, the later JCWs were not "S"s at all and had 210bhp as opposed to 190 that the "S" JCW had. They dropped the Coop[er S from the back and changed the indicator pods as well as the cylinder head and pistons.
