 Want to show off your Mini in an art show? Hello Mini Lovers! My name is Jim Engelmann and I am an Art and Design graduate student and Virginia Commonwealth University. Like all of you I think that the Mini is a fantastic peice of engineering. I believe that the Mini is in fact a work of art and I would like to display one at an upcoming art show. Showing the Mini as an art object allows it to be examined not just as a car but as a very beautiful sculpture (which it surely is). The only problem is that I'm a student and can't afford one yet  So, I thought I'd ask if there are any Mini owners that would like to have their car in a show in Richmond, VA? The show opens on Friday, November 14. However, there will be other shows and if someone is interested but can't work that time - well, I have no choice but to be flexible. Take care, jim  |
