OK, to make this really impressive, we need at least 30 MINIs leaving the Rocket City to make this caravan something we can all remember. The Capital City MINIs can join up with Birmingham Area MINI Association (BAMA) just north of Bham and then we will join the Rocket City MINIs to make our merry way up to Music City. If you need more info about the homecoming, drop me a line. It basicly is to Start at 5 pm on July 10. There will be give-aways and a live band, plus you will get to see the new MINI Cabrio up close and personal. I wrote and told the Nashville MINI folks they should raffle off one of the little buggers. I'll buy a ticket for a buck. We need committments now to get this caravan started, so who is going to get in line behind me? I will be checking my mirrors.

I only live about 30 minutes away and will be there unless my vacation is that date(not sure about it yet). Sounds like fun, but will be a serious blow to my checking account as my wife already has the hots for a convertible mini already. This I'm afraid will just clinch the deal. Oh, well on the bright side I will get to drive the S more now. ha, ha.

Ok, all you MINI owners between Bham and Nville, you need to get out on I-65 N and drive those MINIs in a line like you have never seen before. Let's go to Nville for Homecoming. If you own a MINI, you are invited, so be a part of probably the greatest event of the year on 7-10-04 in you MINI. See you in line on I-65.

I would like to be part of this ride to Nashville. I got my Mini about a month ago from Mini Of Nashville. Please give me some info on when and where. I live in Cullman Alabama so I'm close to I-65 too. So I can just jump on the MINI Train as you go by.

Hey Magic, I checked your website and the story is cool but the car is "super" cool. We are leaving Bham at 12 NOON and should be in the Cullman area about 12:45 on the way to Athens. We will be using Channel 7 on FRS/GMRS 2-way radios so you may be able ot hear us if you have one. Get them, they are absolutely essential for MINI rides to talk between cars/participants. You should be able to figure things out from the emails I sent you, but if there is a problem email or call my cell, I think I put it in the emails somewhere.

We will be on channel 7 until we get to Athens for a rest stop at the Cracker Barrel. If everyone can then go to channel 7, sub channel 21, then we will change to 7-21. IF not we will stay with channel seven so everyone can enjoy the chatter. See ya tomorrow.
