Went to the Wheels of Britain gathering in Phoenix yesterday and snapped some pics. Weather was perfect

Recognised one MINI from this board, though we didn't meet you ~sugar~ (your car looked perfect). Coolest thing was running into new MINI folk browsing like we were, on the road, parking, etc. We really gotta get at least a Saturday night run/meet together soon! If you think your MINI makes you smile, imagine multiple MINI's!

Hey binkydognose, wish we could have met up. I had the ps/blk MCS and the little silver Classic (Mini2.jpg on your pics) There sure were some great looking British cars displayed. The Arizona Mini Owners is sponsering the monthly brkfst run this Sunday. Meet up at 32nd St. & Shea about 7:30AM and end up at Pancakes in the Park. 5 bucks covers your brkfst. We would love to see any and all New MINI owners show up.

Well, I am going to just put it out there. I have now talked to 2 other guys looking to make a Saturday Night run out to the Pavillions in scottsdale. Not sure exactly which Saturday night yet, but I am open to suggestions.
So, who's in?

Count me in, I suggest starting a "Sat night Pavillions" thread in this South-west region forum so that we can find it later.

pflash, didn't make it to pancakes... too early on what turned out to be the only day off work, raining, lazy, dog ate my homework and all that

. Saw on the AZ club site two events I have to make in April. One starting at MINI North Scottsdale, and one motoring the back way to Prescott. That site's a killer for pop-ups but we should probably post the info here too eh?!

Not a big turnout. Think most people thought it would rain. It didn't rain and had a bunch of MInis.

Thanks for the wonderful pic of my little Sugar. Its my new background image. My boyfriend and I went into the Science Center. That's probably where I was when you were taking pics. Hope to see your little Cooper S soon.

Thanks! The 1600 x 1200 is just a little to big for me. I have my comp set to 1024 x 768. That would be great. Thanks again.
