Hmmm..... I'm all for the repeal of the law, but I don't think it will happen.

I've been running without a front plate for the past 7 or 8 years (first with a Miata and now with my Cooper S for the last 2 years) so I worry that making a lot of noise about this issue will draw some unwanted attention to the fact there are quite a few cars doing this already (not just MINIs, but a large number of of Corvettes, Porsche 911s and Miatas, too). My concern is if it becomes too public of an issue, my car's absence of a front plate might begin to be noticed by law enforcement officers.
