Hi There!

I have had a 02 Cooper S for 9 months now and have noticed that the paint / black coating around the inside of the mirrors is staring to peel or fade away. Has anyone else noticed this and if so what has the dealer said?

do you have picture? i'm not quite sure which part of the wing mirror you're refering to.

Hi Fishie,

Thanks for the response. It's the basically the hinge and base that holds that mirrors. I do not have a picture but will post one later this week.
