Black Cooper Dealer Installed Alarms & Warranty

Does anyone have any feedback on the dealer installed alarm systems? My dealer is offering me one and I am not sure if I should get it or not?

Also, has anyone upgraded the 4yr/50k warranty to the 7yr/100k? If so, how much have you paid?
