Offline | Long Beach MINI has been pretty good but that might be a drive for you. The people are friendly and helpful but if you want a free rental you'll have to whine a bit. Trust not the heart of a man for whom old clothes, and the Mini, are not venerable! |

| MINI2 Senior | thank you for the great advise. i was just about to call up assael to make an appointment, but i don't think i will take my car there now, especially after seeing the other thread about their poor service. i llive in alhambra and work in downtown LA, so both irvine and long beach are quite far. are there any other decent dealers closer? ![]() |

Offline | I just finished my first service at Universal City Mini. Great service at the BMW dealer4ship with a new Mini store across the street. If you can, make an appointment, they are busy. Try this link, http://www.miniofuniversalcity.com/f...iceappointment Good Luck |

Offline | Took mine to Long Beach also, it's where I bought anyway. Didn't have any problem. They even offered to take me to work and pick me up. Friend of mine took his IB/W MCS to Nick, they also offered the shuttle service. Still other friends have gone to Crevier in Santa Ana. They've been given beemers as as loaners. ponte trucha |

Offline | I will probably go to Long Beach as well. Irvine is where I purchased the car, and I haven't been 100% satisfied w/ them. That's not to say that they've been horrible or anything (*cough Assael Mini cough cough*) but I hear enough good things about Long Beach to warrant giving them a try ![]() |
