Springy Question

I've got a Jan 02 build car but the springs say they are for March 02 onwards vehicles, does anyone know if theres any possible way these would fit my car?

Cheers.

lol, that didn't make much sense did it

What I meant to say was that I am looking at buying some new lowering springs, but they say they are for March 02 onwards built cars. My car is Jan 02 build, I just wondered whether there was a big difference or if its nothing a big hammer won't fix

its beacuse the changed the layout of the minis at random at this point and you have a pre cooper S set up car and all after it until the changes of the face lift cars are post cooper S style most tuners do packs to fit both set ups but as for the hammer approch i have no idea what the differnece is or if it is self corretable personly woulnt like to try it with such an integral component of the car esp due the sesativety of suspension setup and its effects on the car

Thanks for that, yeah I was beginning to think it wasn't the best thing to mess about with. As you say it just seemed a fairly random date to change the set-up of the cars, think if I get it done its got to be done properly.
