DIY G&M R50 springs

Hi folks

Has anybody got the G&M 20mm lowering springs? (https://www.coolnew.co.uk/product_de...id=298&type=12)

Any opinions on them good/bad or if possible photos of how low they go - don't want it to look like a slammed nova!!!
