Strut braces

Hi, I am interested in getting an OMP lower strut brace and possibly a Jcw one for the front and wondered, have the people that have had these fitted told their insurance companies? and if so how much did the premium go up? I was thinking of this but my insurance is already very high and was not sure if these items would be worth it?

thanks for the replies

All,

I have the lower OMP strut and it works well. I am selling my JCW upper strut though - happy to receive private messages with offers on a selling price.

Does anybody know what the cost of a new JCW strut is?

Too many mods to list, PM me if the cat needs killing...

uless your into relay pushing your cars limits id say the omp lower and upper do offer value for money at 90 quid for the pair based on running them on my cooper i was happy with the improvement

but since im a PERFOMACE nut im going for the GTT ones they may cost a lot more but feel the investment is worth it in the long run for me
