JCW suspension on R53 Cooper

Hi all.

I am thinking of changing my stock suspension with JCW suspension.. I have seen that JCW offers three types of supension. Soft, Medium, and Hard. Has anyone put JCW suspension in their cooper? Do i have to do any other modifications for that??
