Looking to lower my Mini Cooper this month, I currently have 17s with 205/45/17, what is the best springs to get and can some 1 point me in the direction of these, site, price etc.

I already have a friend who works for sytner who said he would do this for me. so Im just looking for supply of the springs, fromt and back, and would like to go as low as possible but I want to avoid rubbing, and problems.

Any pics also with this spec (wheel size etc) would be appreciated. I have looked throught the gallery but no info on springs etc.
