AC Schintzer Springs for Cooper s?

Spotted some AC Schintzer springs on ebay for a Cooper S, first of all am I right in thinking MINI changed the design of the front shocks, meaning I'll have to be careful to get the right ones for my year Cooper S (Janurary 2004, 53 reg)?

Also are the AC Schintzer just rebranded eibach springs?

Cheerzo

Hey George does my car look familar with that picture on the ebay listing... or is it the other set that are on there at the mo.

My car is a May 04 and i need the revised springs!

And the springs are Eibach just braned AC Schnitzer but exactly the same as all eibach springs!

Yes you have to make sure they are the new or old strut fitting. The change was made in 2002 I think ... I believe it was in the June but I may have to be corrected.

Well mine is Janurary 2004 and the springs in the advert are off a 2003 car so they should fit fine!

Anyone now if they are simply rebranded Eibachs?

While I do believe they are made by Eibach, I'm not sure if they are simply rebranded. I recently purchased AC Schnitzer springs for my 05 MCS and the springs are linear. From what I have heard, I thought that Eibachs were progressive.
