Hi guys and girls.

Ive got a '55 plate cooper park lane, and was wondering how i can find out witch Suspension pack it has? ive spoken to the dealer and been told that it dosnt say on the listing, but that the PL came with sport. BUT mine seems to sit lower than my friends park lane? so im confused.

Is there any way to find out easily?

Witch = magic lady. Which = what one.

None of the factory suspension options lower or raise the car, SS+ for example doesn't make it lower, just stiffer (ooo-er).

Yet another spelling mistake, well wrong word from me.

So then paul, if they all give the same ride height, how come mine is lower? is there anyway to check which one i have?

Not without getting in and checking part numbers. I have no idea why yours might sit lower as they all offer the same ride height. Did you order all the same options as the others? As that could in theory make a small difference.

Yap, as far as we are aware they are the same, apart from the xenon lights. but i haven't had mine from new, so no idea which Sus pack it has. hence the question.

Is yours older? Maybe it's dropped a little? How much lower is it?

Ask your dealer to confirm any build options - they can plug your chassis number or reg number into the computer and call up the original build spec and dates etc.

Thats what i had thought, but they say the cant tell.

As far as im aware, SS came with the chilli pack? did it not? so doesn't that mean the Park lane has it as standard? as the park lane is just a cooper chilli with extras??
