hi there guys,

ok so i've been sittin here talking to a friend whose taking delivery of an 08 r56 S next march! now being the owner of an r53 S, i of course have sports suspension +...also had it on the cooper i had before this..great for handling, but feel the potholes much too often..

so when it came to asking for my views on whether to go for sports suspension on an r56, i said yes, being the petrolhead, windy lane loving person i am! this is because i am led to believe that the sports suspension handles better (round corners etc) than the non - sports suspension?

is this true?

also, bearing in mind he does a lot of motorway miles and isn't the sort who goes thrashing around corners at high speed..is it better just to go for the normal suspension
