are oem cooper s springs lowered?

hi,

want to lower my 03 mini one slightly, i have heard of some mini one owners fitting cooper s springs for a sportier ride, but are they lowered compared to oem one springs? if so, does anybody know by how much?

Coopers with standard suspension and Coopers with SS+, have the same ride height?
