Torque Settings for JCW Strut Brace

Hi,
Does anyone know the torque settings for the R53 JCW Strut Brace, not the engine mount bolts but the bolts that hold the bar into the mounts. Are these the same settings??
I only want to remove or lift up one side of the brace to access the airbox and don't want to take it off at the mount brace as I don't want to damage the bolts here as I believe they are quite sensitive and prone to being damaged easily.
Cheers

You can just unscrew the actual brace itself on one side using the bolt for length adjustment.

I don't think so, I thought it was just the bolts?
