Offline | eibach pro springs - info needed plz i'm new to mini mods, so here goes ive got a cooper R50 2003 and want some springs that lower and also inprove the handeling i had sport lines on my clio 172 and loved them! so if i put pro's on the cooper will the shocks be ok? or do i need to ungrade them? and how much do they lower? it says 30mm on the web site, which would be great! and where is the best/cheapest place to get them? or any other springs that will be of intreast? pic would be great of car with them ![]() thanks Rob |

Offline | I have 18's on the car dropped by 40mm on eibech springs. i will post pics later on to let you see. What size of wheels are you running?? ![]() i got mine locally, im not sure on the cheapest place on the internet though. ![]() |

Offline | ^^ is that with the pro's? if not which ones? 40mm drop would be cool ive got 16" at the moment with 55 profile tyers i plan on gettin some 17" with 45 profile tho, so wont be that much difrance in size really (anout 10mm?) get some pics up ![]() |

Offline | I had eibach spring on my last mini cooper with stock shocks and 17" wheels. After couple of years, the car ride pretty rough and seems like the stock shocks were not be able to cope with the lower eibach spring. Alfa 147 GTA Mini Cooper |

Offline | Yes you would just upgrade the shocks! The springs will make the ride a bit rough because of the stock shocks, but with upgraded ones, the car would still be as low but with a smoother ride I only have the prostreet springs, but would love the shocks as well. I think someone on here would have it tbh. ![]() |
