Lowering springs

Hi,

For a UK person...

Can you tell me how to best lower my MCS by a couple of cm's ???

Do I just buy new short springs ? or do I buy the whole shock unit ?

Which makes are the best and why ?

How much do they cost ?

(can anybody feel the need for an FAQ coming on ???)

Too many mods to list, PM me if the cat needs killing...
