Lowering uk

im looking at lowering my cooper in the next few months and am looking for advice, im undecided on wether to go for a full coilover set or just springs. Also what brands are available, at the moment GAZ shocks is high on my list as it is the only company iv found that lowers the car 40mm where as the rest are 25-30mm, but would 40mm be too much? has any one got pics where i could compare ride hights? also another thing that concerns me is that iv been told the camber angles will be thrown out of umm the right angle :P

thanx in advance for replies

i love my mini

study!

hey,

i think 40mm is a bit much. although i had a civic Si, and it was slammed 40+! anything from 35-40+ will make the car very bouncy, and harsh. i'm getting the eibach pro-kit for my mcs, and it dropps the car 30mm, which is noticable, and not to bouncy *we'll see soon* but there is a difference from 30 to 40 though, good luck!
