Offline | Dropped 30mm on Pi Springs - standard suspension setup, standard 16" wheels. Handling has noticeably improved, looks excellent, scooches round corners like WHAT?!? No problems with speed humps etc either. Do it. Go for it. Get it done. Did I mention, it's a great mod, do it? ;-) MINI Going.....Toyota Supra RZ-S Twin Turbo Coming....Standing Quarter, anyone....? |

| MINI 2 OLD BOY | 03 Cooper S , Eibach Pro Kit , -25mm , Fixed Handling is much better , lean is pretty much eliminated although after experience with my old cooper i would lower th car and put some nice sticky tires on too then u will notice a HUGE! difference imo, i still run the run-flat tires on my car now and they are total pants! But it does look awsome! Offline | Good question Max! But my answer is 'Who Cares?!' A bit naive but if i worried about stuff like this i'll never get any sleep! And i don't think the BMW/Mini mechanics will really care unless a mod causes damage to your car. They'll jus do the oil change etc. and fix anything they deem to be under warranty. Best thing to do is get to know one or two of the mechanics! The only risk in life is to take no risk! |

Offline | Didn't invalidate my warranty - and as for the quality of the Pi springs, they're excellent - although I have nothing to compare them to! I did want to go for the Eibach kit but went for the Pi in the end!!! MINI Going.....Toyota Supra RZ-S Twin Turbo Coming....Standing Quarter, anyone....? |
