Which lowering springs for my SS+ Cooper?

I'm in the market for some lowering springs for my 02 Cooper with SS+. Right now I'm looking mostly at Eibach, HR, and KW springs. What springs (out of these or others) would any of you recommend?

Thanks,
Kyle

I have the 0.6" H&R on my MCS and I love them, no ride harshness or rubbing.

I have the Eibach Pro kit. Lowered the car nicely, and works great.

We have the H Sport springs, they drop the car about an inch. It looks great, rides fine. Still using the stock shocks for now.

Got the Eibach springs on my Cooper. The business - looks sharp and aggresive and sticks to the floor like doo doo to a blanket.

H-Sport for sure. They use even lowering front to back so you don't loose the rake of the MINI. H&R lower more in back AFAIK.

I have H-Sport's on my MCS. They evenly lower the ride height about 22mm, and are much firmer in the rear, making the handing much more neutral (less push/understeer). Since they're progressive, small bumps actually get absorbed better than stock linear rate springs.

Cheers,
Ryan

so how do speed bumps compare with lowered springs? is it a simple job and can they just be used with the stadard suspension set up?
