| MINI2 Regular | Anyone here with H&R Springs on their Coopers? Would you mind sharing your car pics...coz I'm considering to get H&Rs.. I had a thought to buy a set of coilovers..but I realise that it takes a long time for my bank account to grow ![]() Some of my mates told me that H&R springs drop the car relatively the lowest compared to other sport springs....please do correct me if I'm wrong... any suggestions are welcomed. I don't really care about the ride quality as long as my Coooprr (that's what I call my Mini) looks good. Thanx in advance ![]() |

Offline | As Bluesmini said, I have them on my car. I understand though, there's one or two other companies that offer a little bit more drop. The H&R is about a 25mm drop. I think the KW's and Schnitzer's are in the 30 mm range. Personally, I don't think I could have gone much lower with my tire/wheel setup without scrubbing issues. -- '03 S B/W |

Offline | I've also been considering H&R springs for my 2004 MCS, which seems a little softer than the 2002 & 2003 cars I've driven. How much difference do the H&R springs make to the ride & handling? 2004 Chili Red/ White MCS w/ white bonnet stripes |

Offline | You can get them from BMW - and they are lower - I heard the cost is quite reasonable. Ken206 is running them on his MC - I'm running on Hamann springs which are H&R - but I'm running 18" wheels. No rubbing. |
