UUC Tuned Springs/Rear Sway Bar

Has anyone used the Tuned Springs and or the Rear Sway Bar from UUC? I just got a heck of a deal for both items on EBAY and can't wait to put them on my MCS. Wondering how low the springs set the car compared to other sets.
