Can we possibly gather a summary of the spring rates used for stock springs, sport springs and aftermarket springs (Eibach, H-Sport, H&R, KW, Bilstein PSS9 etc)?

I think it would be a nice piece of info to have.

Not certain if these makes are available outside Australia, but two major suppliers in the country are Whiteline & King Springs.

Whiteline:
Approximately 15 to 25mm drop
Front = Progressive rate 180>264 lbs/in
Rear = Progressive rate 192>234 lbs/in

King Springs:
Approximately 25 to 30mm drop
Front = Progressive rate 220 lbs/in
Rear = Progressive rate 209 lbs/in
