Offline | Hi, Springs won't lower a cooper s more that a mini one as the chassis is the same. In fact the Cooper S is already lowered slighty from the factory for a sportier look, so when changing them over the difference won't be as noticable. We have fitted a fare few KW and Eibach springs to other cooper s's. Best thing to do is to take a look at our website www.lohen.co.uk, have a look in gallery, customer cars. This will have a few pictures of Cooper S's lowered. In terms of KW or Eibach, both are as good as each other, Eibach seem to be more well known on here. If your after the low look then KW will lower it an extra 5mm as Rayman has said. Ride wise, there isn't much of a difference, KWs will be only marginly harder as they lower the Mini more, but because of this lower stance you will get a lower centre of gravity and a sportier ride than the eibachs. Price wise not a lot of difference either. Our Eibach springs are £141 inc vat and the KW springs are £140 inc vat. If you really want a low look then coilovers are the way to go. See our Mini One below for reference. This is lowered 60mm on Eibach Coilovers. I hope this helps, Nick@Lohen |
