Meeting point will be the A1 (J 10) services at Baldock at 10.00am for a 10.30 kick off. The run is a circular tour and will also finish here. Baldock Services A1/A507 Radwell Baldock SG7 5TR The start point has plenty of facilities including a McDonalds if you fancy getting there early for a spot of breakfast. There's also a Shell petrol station on site if you need to top up with V-Power The distance is about 70 miles in the morning with a pub lunch. The lunch stop will be here plus there's a Shell garage next door if you need to top up again! The Chequers Watling Street Redbourn St Albans Hertfordshire AL3 7AD In the afternoon there will be another 30 mile run back to Baldock. You are most welcome to do part or all of the run. Offline | Oh? I took ours back a few weeks ago because of the noise coming from the clutch release bearing and was told that the noise was normal, a "characteristic" if you will? And I thought ******** mate, I'll just wait untill the bearing fails and then say "I told you so and I want a new clutch please". Our engine sounds like a rusty bucket of nails at the moment, I'm waiting for something to go "bang" and then I'm going to say "I don't want it back and I'll have a new JCW S model please". P. |
