Yes I'm happy because 15km was a bit far though. Now we're closer so that means more party

If the convoy is possible and fits in the schedule , why not.

According to the website they do have camping at other times of the year, not just for the GP.

That's a brilliant idea Rakey! Why not? Set up a bottle stall at the Silverstone site (will there be a MINI2 stand or at least a rendezvous point?) and see how much can be raised. I'll be honoured not only to bring some bottles, but also to do a turn on the stall...........

And how about a historic signpost, where folks can stick up arrows with the distances back to where they come from? Could make a great memento of the 50th anniversary, then stick it up somewhere at Plant Oxford?
